This is an entrepreneurial, commission-only role for individuals who want to build their own financial advisory practice with the support, mentorship, and infrastructure of an established firm.
As a Junior Associate Financial Advisor, you will work directly with a Senior Advisor while learning every aspect of building and managing a successful wealth management business—from prospecting and discovery meetings to client presentations and ongoing planning.
There is no base salary
. Compensation is earned through production, with uncapped upside and long-term ownership in the relationships you build.
- Proactively prospect and develop new client relationships
- Build and grow your own book of business
- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including:
- Discovery meetings
- Investment and strategy presentations
- Assist Senior Advisor(s) with:
- Client reviews and planning updates
- Portfolio analysis and recommendations
- Meeting follow-ups and implementation
- Learn and apply proven systems for:
- Client acquisition
- Relationship management
- Practice growth and retention
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individuals who want to build a business
, not collect a paycheck - Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to prospect, network, and create opportunities
- Highly coachable with a long-term mindset
- Interest in financial planning, investing, and client advocacy
- SIE preferred
- Series 7/66 (or equivalent)
required within a defined timeframe - Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field)
- Prior sales, business development, or relationship-driven experience is a plus
- Direct mentorship from experienced Senior Advisors
- Training on:
- Prospecting and discovery
- Client meetings and presentations
- Financial planning and portfolio construction
- Access to firm infrastructure, technology, and planning tools
- Brand, compliance, and operational support so you can focus on growth
- Clear path to increasing payout and long-term practice ownership
