Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the resale inbox, review and process resale certificates.
• Upload approved resale and exemption documentation.
• Process standard resales where customer details match and certificates are properly signed.
• Support new account setup.
• Collect Air Waybill (AWB) numbers from invoices and shipment documents.
• Pull shipment, entry, and import/export data from DHL, UPS and shipping invoices.
• Download and attach entry summaries to corresponding invoices.
• Post Journal Entries and vendor payments when requested

• Experience in data entry or accounting preferred.
• Understanding of basic principles of bookkeeping and accounting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
