Founded in 1978, this company is a leading industrial blow molding manufacturer specializing in large‑scale, non‑automotive fuel tanks for the turf, power sports, agricultural, and marine industries. Operating out of a 340,000 sq. ft. facility in Fairfield, Iowa, this team offers full‑service expertise in part and mold design, engineering, production, and assembly, supported by advanced monolayer and multilayer blow molding technology.

This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

• Cut, trim, hammer, and weld plastic parts using equipment such as saws, robots, pneumatic tools, and dedicated fixtures.
• Install components according to work instructions using various equipment.
• Trim excess material off parts using a knife.
• Verify all required components are installed on parts prior to packaging.
• Inspect parts for quality; reject all non‑conforming parts and place them in the designated area.
• Perform minor adjustments on blow molding equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. non‑repetitively and 10‑20 lbs. repetitively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in extreme heat.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and directions.
• Fluency in English to read policies, procedures, and communicate effectively.
