Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Coach based in Fairfield, CT. The Head Coach will lead training sessions, design and implement strength and conditioning programs, and mentor athletes to enhance their athletic performance. Responsibilities include providing guidance on proper techniques, ensuring the safety of all participants, and fostering a team-oriented environment. The Head Coach will also collaborate with staff to maintain high standards of operational excellence and positive client experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS Certified), Physical Fitness, and Athletic Performance Coaching
• Knowledge of Exercise Science, Sports Training Techniques, and Injury Prevention Strategies
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills
• Experience in Program Design, Goal Setting, and Performance Evaluation
• Certifications such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, or relevant credentials are highly preferred
• Ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all skill levels
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for fitness, teamwork, and creating a positive training atmosphere
