AI Agent Builder Fellow (Spring 2026 Cohort)

Merge Works is launching its AI Agent Builder Fellowship
, a 3-month, hands‑on program for students interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and real‑world applications.

Fellows will design, build, and deploy a functional AI agent for a specific task in a real industry (such as real estate, healthcare, M&A, creators, SaaS, or professional services). This is a project‑based fellowship focused on applied learning rather than theory.

• Attend weekly live training sessions (90 minutes)
• Design and build an AI agent for a specific business workflow
• Research industry‑specific automation use cases
• Implement prompt logic, workflows, and system design
• Test and refine AI systems based on real‑world scenarios
• Document and present final AI agent project

• Strong interest in AI, automation, or software systems
• Basic technical literacy (no advanced AI background required)
• Ability to work independently on a long‑term project
• Strong problem‑solving and research skills
• Clear written and verbal communication

• Experience with Python, no‑code tools, or automation platforms
• Familiarity with APIs or workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Experience with data, engineering, or computer science coursework
• Interest in startups, product development, or applied AI

• 5–10 hours per week for 3 months
• Weekly live training session (Saturdays at 2:00 PM)

• A fully built AI agent for a real business use case
• Hands‑on experience with AI system design and deployment
• Portfolio‑ready technical project
• Exposure to startup and real‑world automation workflows
• Mentorship from the Merge Works founding team
