Summer Talent Group is hiring motivated students and recent graduates for a full-time, in-person Summer Sales Internship.

This is a performance-based, commission-only role centered around face-to-face, door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods. You will be working outdoors, on your feet, engaging directly with customers every day.

This is not a desk job, not remote, and not a typical corporate internship.

The program is designed for individuals who want real-world business experience, personal growth, and the opportunity to earn based entirely on performance.

• Represent partner companies through door-to-door, face-to-face sales
• Speak directly with homeowners and pitch services in real time
• Learn and apply proven sales, communication, and persuasion systems
• Work long, structured days in a competitive team environment
• Track daily performance and improve through coaching and feedback
• This role involves consistent rejection, problem-solving on the fly, and learning how to perform under pressure.

• 100% commission-based pay (no base salary)

• Full-time commitment (Monday–Saturday)
