Internship
We are currently accepting applications for a Sales & Business Development Internship. The primary responsibility of this intern is to assist our Sales Team with business development and growth opportunities through our FDMC (Food, Drug, Mass, Club) retailers. You will thrive in this role if you are proficient in Excel, detail-oriented, and a self-starter who can work both independently and cross-functionally.
Individuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands‑on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress. Additionally, interns will engage in a collaborative group project, playing a key role in driving significant advancements within a specific area of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze Data: Utilize Excel, Nielsen, and IRI data to conduct in‑depth analysis, uncovering key insights and trends that drive strategic decision‑making and storytelling.
- Manage Broker Relationships: Collaborate daily with brokers to streamline communication, ensure timely follow‑ups, and meet project deadlines, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Foster Creative Solutions: Contribute to the development of product assortment strategies and design engaging in‑store displays, enhancing visual appeal and driving retail partner success.
- Conduct Competitor Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to monitor competitors, identifying opportunities and strategies to maintain and enhance our market position.
