We are currently hiring for our June 2026 Sales Trainee – South Central cohort! This is your opportunity to kick-start your career in sales with Shaw Industries. Join a group of driven, early-career professionals for an immersive training experience designed to prepare you for success in one of our sales territories across the country.
What’s it like?
You’ll join a cohort of other early-career sales professionals in an exciting, intensive 10–12 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (we have corporate housing options!).
During training, you’ll participate in team-building activities, plant tours (you’ve got to see how our products are made!), sales ride-alongs, product knowledge assessments, professional presentation workshops, and more. If you bring a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, we’ll provide all the tools you need to thrive in the field.
What is required?
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
Willingness to relocate to the a market in the South Central US
A strong desire to grow, learn, and succeed
