Job Title: Benefits Representative (Entry-Level)
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually based on performance – please note this is a commission based role
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Educate members on available permanent and supplemental benefits
• Answer questions and help clients understand their coverage
• Assist with reviewing and updating existing benefits plans
• Deliver exceptional service in a fully virtual environment

• Individuals with customer service or sales experience are welcome—but not required
• Strong communicators with a professional and compassionate demeanor
• Motivated self-starters who thrive in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented team players with great time management skills
