Brax Realty is a full service Real Estate Brokerage firm specializing in the sale of commercial investment real estate throughout the five boroughs of New York.

We are currently seeking Investment Sales Associates with 1-5 years experience and Senior Brokers with 5+ years of experience. We can provide competitive splits based on experience and will provide access to the best industry software platforms.

Candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investment property owners through proactive canvassing and cold-calling while delivering industry leading customer service and developing neighborhood expertise. Candidate will also assist in marketing Brax Realty’s exclusive listing.

• Building and maintaining relationships with commercial property owners
• Developing comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, trends, sales and neighborhood expertise while having access to industry best software platforms
• Procure lead origination under supervision through phone calls, canvassing and networking
• Work in a team-friendly environment together with senior brokers to grow market expertise and procure origination of new clients

• New York State Real Estate Salesperson License, or willingness to obtain
• 1-3 years of work experience in sales or service oriented business, commercial real estate sales experience preferred
• Must be a team player, disciplined and focused
• Extremely motivated, resourceful, resilient, transparent in approach and affable demeanor on the phone
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical and negotiating skills
