Rolling Suds Power Washing provides top-tier power washing services to commercial and industrial clients. Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving commercial growth by building relationships with property decision-makers and delivering high-value cleaning solutions.
As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a B2B-focused Outside Sales Rep who will be laser-focused on developing new commercial accounts with property managers, building owners, facility managers, and other contractors.
This is a salaried role and high performers will earn significant performance-based bonuses & commissions.

TerritoryWe are based in Westchester County, NY, but your territory coverage will extend into Fairfield County, CT. This is a fantastic opportunity to sell into a prime market with high-ticket clients. Your territory includes, but is not limited to:
- Commercial and mixed‑use properties
- Retail centers, strip malls, and fast food restaurants
- Office buildings
- HOAs and multi‑family communities
- Light industrial and warehouse properties
Territories are intentionally tight and locally focused to allow for consistent relationship‑building and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting commercial and B2B accounts.
- Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, in-person visits, and relationship building.
- Build relationships with property managers, commercial building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify cleaning needs, upcoming projects, and maintenance opportunities.
- Attend local networking events, industry meetups, and property management associations.
- Present customized service solutions, including building washing, concrete cleaning, fleet washing, and recurring maintenance programs.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Rolling Suds’ services and competitive positioning.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
- Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates and communicate progress with sales leadership.
This role reports directly to the Owner.
Minimum Qualifications- Proven experience with cold calling, prospecting, or business development.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to transport sales materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role and diligently tracking activity in a CRM.
- Experience in outside B2B sales, particularly in service-based or local markets.
- Background in property management, facilities, construction, or building services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- No overnight travel.
