This full-time Assistant Manager role at Kasson Jewelers requires you to work on‑site at our Southport, CT location. The role involves managing day‑to‑day operations, assisting in sales, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. You will also help oversee inventory, support custom orders, contribute to marketing initiatives, and ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions. • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or inventory management
• Knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, or metals is a significant advantage
