Kasson Jewelers also provides expert services such as jewelry repair, valuations by an AGS-certified gemologist appraiser, and in-house services by skilled goldsmiths. Role Description

This full-time Assistant Manager role at Kasson Jewelers requires you to work on‑site at our Southport, CT location. The role involves managing day‑to‑day operations, assisting in sales, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. You will also help oversee inventory, support custom orders, contribute to marketing initiatives, and ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or inventory management
