We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Lead Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury women’s retail, having a sophisticated eye for style, and a clear understanding of exceptional customer service. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day store operations, merchandising, personal styling, and striving to reach sales goals.

• Maintain polished product presentation, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Weekly marketing emails
• Develop and maintain client relationships and follow through
• Create curated personal shopping experiences
• Strategize to increase revenue
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and designers

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment
• Team player, self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with POS systems, Inventory Management tools, and basic office software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
