Purpose of Role:
As a key member of our brokerage team, you will work closely with the senior brokers and support office staff to support commercial real estate transactions, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of CR Properties Group, LLC.
- Assist senior brokers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including market research, property valuation, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants, buyers, and investors.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, property listings, and investment analysis reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other legal documents.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community outreach activities to expand professional networks and promote the brokerage firm.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving goals and delivering results.
- Knowledge of the New York commercial real estate market, including market trends and property values.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple aspects of brokerage operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited in-person college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York or actively working toward obtaining the license.
This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role also requires being on location for appointments, tours, showings, or inspections as needed.
Pay StructureJob Type: Full-time
