- Schedule:
Night shift, 36hrs/wk, 7pm to 7:30am, with every other week-end and holiday rotation. - Hospital:
Sacred Heart Rehab - Location:
Mequon, WI
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Previous experience in hospital or long term care setting. Ability to manage a fast paced unit with medically complex patients. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Able to pivot when things on the unit change, great critical thinking skills-and the desire to make a difference.
