As a Seasonal/On-Call Donor Ministries Representative

A day in the life of a Seasonal/On-Call
Donor Ministries Representative:
At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of Seasonal/On-Call Donor Ministries Representative
, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Develop, maintain, and utilize thorough knowledge of Samaritan’s Purse
- Interface with donors and general public
- Make outbound calls
- Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to read and interpret donor requests
- Read, sort, and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with donor events as a ministry representative
- Process completed outgoing correspondence for the department
- Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
- All other duties as assigned
- Four-year college or university program degree or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism for contact with donors and other departments
- Effective written and interpersonal communication skills
Language Requirement: Able to read, write, and speak professionally in the English language
