• Observe manufacturing processes on the production floor to capture accurate steps, tooling, and equipment usage.
• Review and validate AI-generated process maps for 10,000 parts across 2,500 unique manufacturing pathways.
• Document manufacturing workflows using standard templates and Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather required process information.
• Interface with PLM tools (Agile PLM v9) to support documentation and revision tracking.
• Participate in onboarding steps, IT credentialing, and compliance requirements as needed.

• Entry-level candidates with strong interest in manufacturing environments.
• Minimal experience or post-graduation co-op; 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working on the manufacturing floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PDFs).
• Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain attention to detail.
• Technical or engineering background preferred but not required. Role requires primarily on-site presence in manufacturing areas.
• Contractor positions with hiring targeted for December graduates and Feb start dates.
