What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations across all areas of the aggregates site.
  • Develop and empower team members through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall plant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Manage budgets, production planning, and resource allocation to achieve business goals.
