• Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations across all areas of the aggregates site.
• Develop and empower team members through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent communication.

• This role involves working in an outdoor, industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Personal protective equipment is required.
