What You’ll Be Doing- Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
- Partner with the Plant Manager on workforce leadership, coaching, and development.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate maintenance planning to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Champion environmental compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
- Demonstrated capability to lead teams and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Strong understanding of industrial operations, production processes, and equipment performance.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make sound, proactive decisions.
- Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
This role works primarily within an active industrial plant environment that includes exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving equipment. Personal protective equipment is required in designated areas. The position involves both office-based tasks and frequent time in the field to support operations and team members.
