Logistics Management Trainee (Full-Time)

We are hiring Logistics Management Trainees to join our structured development program designed for recent graduates. This role offers hands‑on exposure to logistics and warehouse operations with a clear pathway toward future leadership positions.

• Participate in rotational training across key departments:
• Warehouse Operations
• Operations Management
• Human Resources
• Project Management
• Learn end‑to‑end logistics and supply chain processes
• Work closely with managers and mentors on real operational projects
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (all majors welcome). Preferred:
  Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Management.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Spanish is a plus)
• Strong interest in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations
