We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Attorney to join our growing estate planning practice. We are open to a lawyer in the process of passing the bar exam. This role is ideal for an attorney looking to deepen their estate planning knowledge, develop strong client relationships, and gain public-facing experience through workshops and seminars—while being supported by a collaborative and experienced legal team.

Location: 777 Passaic Ave., Clifton, New Jersey (conveniently located near major highways)

• Compensation: $85, + $10,000-$15,000 performance-based bonuses

• Client Consultations & Communication
• Meet with clients to understand their goals and explain estate planning options clearly and compassionately
• Maintain excellent communication throughout the client lifecycle to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Present law firm-hosted workshops, seminars, and community events related to estate planning (we provide the content)
• Assist in educating prospective clients on estate planning fundamentals in a professional and approachable manner
• Client Relationship Building
• Develop rapport and long-term relationships with clients through responsiveness, empathy, and attention to detail
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-signing as needed
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling
• Stay current on developments in estate planning and elder law through training, CLEs, and mentorship

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in New Jersey (open to lawyer on process of passing bar exam. New York and/or Pennsylvania admission is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and comfort speaking in front of small groups or workshops
• A client-first mindset with the ability to explain legal concepts in plain language
