NetSuite Administrator

CFG Merchant Solutions, a fast‑growing commercial financing company, is looking for an intern to become the administrator of our Net Suite installation. The ideal candidate is currently a junior or senior in college studying business information systems or a related degree. This is an onsite position in our Manhattan office, located in the financial district.

• Assist in analyzing and improving business processes through the use of an ERP system (Net Suite).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Compliance, Underwriting) to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Support the design and documentation of system enhancements and new ERP functionality.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new developments and ensure business requirements are met.
• Help develop and deliver user training materials and assist with training sessions for new ERP features and enhancements.
• Provide day‑to‑day support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP users as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Coursework or hands‑on experience with business processes, systems analysis, or ERP platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Suite or other ERP systems is a plus but not required.
