We are looking for an entry level Prompt Engineer who is naturally curious, highly detail oriented, and enjoys solving problems step by step. This role will support our New Order Entry product by helping design, test, and refine prompts that guide how AI reads contracts, extracts information, and applies business logic within title workflows.

You do not need years of industry experience, but you do need strong critical thinking skills, patience for testing and iteration, and a desire to learn how AI systems behave in real production environments.

• Design and refine prompts that improve data extraction and accuracy for New Order Entry workflows
• Test AI outputs against real scenarios and identify inconsistencies or edge cases
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and engineering teams to improve prompt performance
• Document prompt logic, testing results, and process improvements clearly and consistently
• Monitor results and suggest adjustments to improve reliability and user experience
• Learn core title terminology and workflows to better understand how customers use the product

• Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving skills
• Clear written communication and documentation habits
• Comfortable working with new technology and learning quickly
• Ability to follow defined processes while thinking critically about improvements
• Basic familiarity with AI tools or interest in prompt design is helpful but not required
• Experience with spreadsheets, data review, or QA-style work is a plus
