IT Tech Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for warehouse and office users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (computers, printers, PDAs, Wi‑Fi)
• Support Windows systems (primarily Windows), including setup and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with IT equipment setup, tracking, and recovery
• Help ensure operational systems (e.g. printing, access, connectivity) run without interruption
• Work with internal teams and HQ IT department to resolve issues efficiently

• Basic IT support or technical experience (internships or part-time experience welcome)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Interest in hands‑on IT and troubleshooting
• Genuine interest in helping operational teams maintain smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.
• Comfortable with traveling during work hours between locations
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must due to the nature of the position

• Work in large‑scale operational environments with extensive IT infrastructure
• Gain exposure to a high volume of devices, including computers, printers, PDAs, and monitoring equipment
• Support and learn from complex network environments with hundreds of cameras and access points across multiple sites
• Build hands‑on experience supporting IT systems at a scale rarely available in entry‑level roles
