We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations across our New Jersey and Philadelphia locations. This role focuses on keeping systems, devices, and networks running smoothly to support fulfillment center operations. It is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want real-world, on-site IT experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for warehouse and office users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (computers, printers, PDAs, Wi‑Fi)
• Support Windows systems (primarily Windows), including setup and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with IT equipment setup, tracking, and recovery
• Help ensure operational systems (e.g. printing, access, connectivity) run without interruption
• Work with internal teams and HQ IT department to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Basic IT support or technical experience (internships or part‑time experience welcome)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Interest in hands‑on IT and troubleshooting
• Genuine interest in helping operational teams maintain smooth, uninterrupted daily operations.
• Comfortable with traveling during work hours between locations
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must due to the nature of the position
