- Assist in imaging and configuring Windows 11 on HP desktops and Lenovo laptops
- Rename computers according to organizational naming conventions
- Verify system settings and ensure compliance with firm standards
- Physically set up computers in user offices, including monitors, peripherals, and docking stations
- Perform cable management to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Test hardware functionality and network connectivity after installation
- Ensure devices are ready for end‑user login and initial use
- Track deployed devices and update asset management records
- Report progress and any issues to the Desktop Engineer
- Familiarity with navigating Windows 10/11 GUI
- HP/Lenovo computer hardware and setup
- Reimaging computers
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware setup.
- Familiarity with computer peripherals and cable management best practices.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
