Clinical Research Associate will coordinate and track clinical, program or research activities, assist with the review, editing and submission of documentation including grants, manuscripts, galleys, proofs, articles, publications and presentations, assist in the maintenance and improvement of protocols and processes. Clinical Research Assistant will maintain systems, databases, procedures, and websites for records and reporting, maintain program metrics and related tools and regularly reports results, coordinate information collection, compilation and dissemination as required.

Clinical Research Associate will support the clinical program by ensuring that patient charts are prepared for clinic, assist in placing calls to patients/primary care physicians/subspecialists and provide prepared charts to the appropriate Genetic Counselor to review prior to the family visit.

Clinical Research Associate will also provide administrative support including preparing and coordinate meetings, interviews, committees, conferences and calendars including schedules, travel, agendas and minutes, preparing presentations, letters, reports, memoranda, and related materials, assisting in message creation and development including website content, fact sheets, correspondences, emails, lectures, social media posts and other formats and other duties and administrative support projects as assigned.

Must be able to meet deadlines, work on several projects at once, and understand all the concepts involved in the work performed. May require some independent judgment.
