• We service a wide age population that is not only tailored to the "littles" (2-10) and we do not have an age out restriction. We have seen learners go up to 17-20 years old

• Low billable hour requirement.
• Every BCBA creates their own individualized behavior plan.
• The opportunity to get leadership experience by mentoring RBTs and BCaBAs through our Cultivate Apprenticeship Program.

Compensation with your well-being

• Salary Range: $80k-$95k
• Potential to earn an additional $19k yearly in Bonuses (paid out monthly)

Masters or better.

Desire to work with children

experience within ABA

Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA

BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCAB)

2 years experience in functional discipline
