We’re looking for a skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a 100% ortho caseload with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population, from athletes to active adults and post-surgical patients. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a motivated new grad, you’ll have the support, mentorship, and resources to do your best work.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring to the Fitness Matters Team

Strong background or interest in orthopedic physical therapy
.

Ability to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of ortho conditions.

Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.

Desire to be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Your Qualifications

  • True collaborator who contributes to a positive, team-first clinic culture and supports colleagues in delivering the best patient outcomes.

Degree in Physical Therapy.

Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one).

Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
