• Conduct assessments to identify both the strengths and areas of need for each client
• Create individualized ABA treatment plans using evidence-based practices and intervention
• Share your knowledge and experience through direct supervision of our growing team of Behavioral Therapist
• Provide monthly family trainings to ensure consistency throughout all environments

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule around the needs of the clients
