What You'll Do- Design, implement, and oversee training programs for our team.
- Develop orientation and ongoing training programs for exceptional resident care.
- Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and support staff to enhance skills and performance.
- Coordinate new employee orientation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements; maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.
- Valid state nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a long‑term care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development.
- Commitment to resident‑centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
- Inspirational leader focused on innovation and quality improvement.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both.
- Excellent communication, instructional, and presentation skills.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
