Finz is building an AI-powered CFO for real economy SMBs. Think restaurants, retail, and service businesses. These operators manage complex finances without CFOs, juggling cash flow blind spots, manual reconciliations, and outdated tools. We’re changing that.

This is your chance to help modernize how SMBs manage their books. You’ll work directly with the founding team to support accounting operations, close monthly books, reconcile real-world data, and shape how our AI CFO solves daily finance pain.

• Support monthly and quarterly book closing for SMB clients
• Update bills, add invoices, and maintain clean ledgers in Quick Books
• Reconcile accounting, banking, and POS data to resolve mismatches
• Help clients troubleshoot accounting and reporting issues
• Test and validate Finz AI CFO product features against real data
• Work in fast sprints and see your impact in production

• Bachelor’s or Master’s students in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, AR/AP, and financial statements
• Comfortable working in Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client books simultaneously
• Eager to learn modern fintech workflows and solve real problems fast
• Bonus: experience with POS integrations or data reconciliation

Most SMBs don’t have finance teams. You’ll help give them one. Your work will keep businesses financially organized, reduce errors, and power the intelligence behind our AI CFO platform.
