The AD Mortgage 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, immersive experience designed for undergraduate students who want real-world exposure to the corporate world. Interns are placed within a business group where they work side-by-side with experienced professionals, gaining hands‑on experience and insight into what a full‑time career at AD Mortgage looks like.

You’ll develop practical skills, build your professional network, and experience our collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

  📍 Troy, MI
• Duration: 10 weeks (Early June– Mid August 2026)
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week
• Location: Onsite in Troy, MI
• Compensation: This role pays $15/hr

We’re looking for motivated undergraduate students who meet the following criteria:

• Expected graduation from an accredited Bachelor’s degree program between December 2026 and December 2027
• Ability to work full-time onsite during the internship period
• Strong interest in learning about the mortgage and/or finance industry
