We’re supporting a top-tier global banking and financial services firm in Columbus, OH, seeking sharp, motivated recent graduates looking to launch their careers in the financial industry.
Support daily operational workflows within a high-volume banking environment
Perform data entry, transaction processing, and account maintenance with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and risk control procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain compliance with firm-wide policies, security protocols, and industry regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field—required
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
💵 Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (depending on experience)
📍 Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite/Hybrid depending on team
