• Support senior advisors in managing existing client relationships.
• Provide planning and research support.
• Participate in planning meetings and assist in developing planning strategies.
• Create and update financial plans in Money Guide Pro and Right Capital.
• Process service requests, open accounts, place trades and money movements.
• Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances.
• Produce client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.
• Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
• Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 1 year of financial planning experience.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Progress towards CFP designation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Money Guide Pro is a plus.

• Starting base salary range of $80k+ based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
