• Willingness to pursue licensing:
  Life & Health coursework and preparation for the SIE® Exam, with potential eligibility for a $2,000 bonus upon completion.
• Ability to reside in the state of the position and have access to a vehicle to be considered.
• Financial services or advisory roles may require additional exams and regulatory registrations (as described in the program materials).
