: $110,000

Program Overview

• Five weeks of intensive training covering industry practices, credit and financial modelling, financial markets, capital markets, accounting, business overviews, business writing, presentation skills, career management, personal and SMBC branding, Japanese cultural training, and networking events.
• Buddy assignments to support integration.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with graduation between December 2025 and May 2026; excellent academic record.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to articulate concepts concisely.
• Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner.
• High integrity, ethics and judgment.
