lecnor Hawkeye is seeking motivated and driven recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the infrastructure and energy sectors. We are currently hiring for entry-level roles in the following areas:
Safety Representatives
Electrical Engineers
This is a great opportunity to grow within a global organization while gaining hands‑on experience in critical infrastructure projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction and engineering activities
- Support project documentation, reporting, and budgeting
- Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Promote a strong safety culture on job sites
- Conduct inspections, audits, and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Investigate and document safety incidents as needed
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Work closely with project teams on utility and infrastructure projects
- Review technical drawings and specifications
- Assist in troubleshooting and quality assurance processes
- Recent graduate (or upcoming graduate) with a degree in:
Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field - Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- Interest in infrastructure, utilities, and/or renewable energy industries
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Mentorship and training from industry experts
