Work with a project Team under the direction of a professional engineer or professional landscape architect towards the design and development of site plans for residential and commercial land developments, linear transportation / trails, parks and recreation and urban design projects for both private and public clients. Typical projects entail review of zoning codes, layout design, storm water and utility improvements and grading design, all permits/approvals, and construction plans.
Experience with AutoCAD preferred. Experience with H&H modeling and HEC-RAS a plus.
