Element has an opportunity for Seasonal Associate Test Technicians to join our rapidly expanding Specific Absorption Rate (
SAR
) team. Element is a test facility for wireless device certification, conducting regulatory and conformance testing for network test services. As a member of the operations team at our Morgan Hill, CA lab, the Associate Test Technician position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision.

Salary Range: $25.00 – $27.50 /hour

Day Shift
: 6 am – 4:30 pm Night Shift
: 4 pm – 2:30 am (Extended hours will be expected)
Project Duration:
March – October 2026
- Performs and analyze SAR/RF and RF exposure compliance testing and evaluations per regulatory specifications
- Compiling and reporting test results using MS Word and MS Excel
- Evaluate devices and determine applicable standards
- Collaborate in a team environment and assist in development and improvement of test methodologies, reporting, coordination of various tasks, etc.
- Maintain laboratory test methods and test equipment
- Associate or Bachelor in Engineering or STEM, Technical School Certificate, or equivalent with experience
- Must have excellent organizational skills, fast learner, team player, and detail oriented
- Strong attention to detailed and computer literate
- Ability to work effectively in team situations as well as independently
- Must have the initiative and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
