Qorvo is seeking a talented and driven Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join our team in Richardson, Texas. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting production, process optimization, and development initiatives across various factory operations. Experience in box-wsj build assembly and Radio Frequency (RF) testing is highly desirable. Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI), fixture design, and test documentation is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute controlled experiments to evaluate and improve process capabilities, reducing variation and enhancing consistency.
• Analyze data using statistical tools to identify root causes, correlations, and interdependencies affecting yieldരോ and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including management, logistics, production, maintenance, and facilities.
• Balance multiple responsibilities by supporting both ongoing manufacturing operations and development/improvement projects.
• Lead small project teams focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, yield enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct return‑on‑investment (ROI) analyses to support decisions on new equipment or process changes.
• Partner with operators, technicians, and process engineers to identify and eliminate defect sources.
• Take full ownership of assigned processes, driving accountability and results.
• Demonstrate urgency, initiative, and a strong commitment to team success.
• Provide occasional իրականաց support for equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications:

• MS in Engineering or Physical Sciences.
• Experience preferred in box build assembly and RF testing.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Solid understanding of:

• Stat Lima Process Control (SPC)
• Jenner Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Fault Detection and Classification (FDC)
• Basic RF principles
• Proficiency inські data analysis tools such as Spotfire and JMP.
• Exposure to CAD tools like AutoCAD or Solid Works.
• Programming experience preferred (e.g., scripting, SQL queries).

Proved experience in developing and executing qualification plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills using structured methodologies.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and company objectives.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and  indows-based applications.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
