Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Intern to join the PRI Project Management team. This position is located in our New York City office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote.

As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience facilitating the development of creative assets in a fast‑paced agency environment. You will support the full project lifecycle by maintaining real‑time accuracy in Workfront and managing the specialized Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submission process. Beyond coordination, you will play a key role in financial health by monitoring billable hours and proactively flagging budget variances to leadership.

This role is designed for a proactive communicator ready to master cross‑functional collaboration and ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliveries across a diverse portfolio of brands.

• Learning the basics of Project Management
• Assist in routing creative materials for live and digital tactics, ensuring all deliverables meet high‑quality standards and deadline requirements
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain real‑time accuracy within Work Front timelines and project schedules
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full project lifecycle
• Owning a results‑driven project:
• Lead a project in Workfront to assist in the streamlined operations of the Project Management group including exploration and creation of dashboards and assisting in setting up specific revenue reports with Senior PM leadership

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred)
• Exceptional project planning skills with a “detail‑first” mindset and the ability to pivot between multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally across diverse internal teams
• A foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• A self‑starter who thrives in autonomous environments and demonstrates the initiative to solve problems before they escalte
• Experience with project management software (e.g.,
  Workfront, Jira, Asana
  ) or G‑Suite/Microsoft 365 is a significant plus
