A community-focused organization is seeking a part-time Success Mentor to support chronically absent youth in achieving better school attendance and engagement. The role requires meeting with mentees weekly, supporting families, and collaborating with school staff to help students overcome barriers to school attendance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience working with diverse youth.

Creativity and bi-lingual skills in Spanish are a plus. The schedule is partial year, Monday to Friday, 25 hours weekly.
