- Participate in a supportive team that values open communication and student success
- A bachelor’s degree in music education (or related field)
- PA teaching certification, or willingness to pursue private teaching certification
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Comfort with technology and digital tools for instruction and communication
- A belief in building positive relationships and supporting the whole student
