Adecco is hiring Discussion Leaders on behalf of a leading adult education program for college students with special needs. If you’re passionate about education, enjoy leading conversations, and want to help others succeed academically, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience — and make a real difference.

As a Discussion Leader, you’ll lead small-group discussions, help students stay engaged, and create a positive and welcoming classroom environment. You’ll also collaborate with mentors and peers while building your own professional skills in communication, leadership, and education.

• Lead 8–12 small-group classes per semester across different campus locations and digital platforms.
• Create thoughtful, interesting discussion topics that encourage participation and critical thinking.
• Support students with time management, study strategies, and understanding assignments.
• Track attendance and participation and share feedback with mentors and staff.
• Collaborate with fellow Discussion Leaders to share ideas and improve classroom experiences to create an engaging curriculum.
• Contribute to keeping classrooms and shared spaces clean and organized.

• Prior experience mentoring, tutoring, or working with students is a plus — but not required.
• Students who have a genuine interest in education.
• Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator.
