Welcome to Our Team!
We are a private practice of five Surgeons looking to expand our services by adding a talented Rheumatologist to our team. If you have experience with Ultrasound and are passionate about providing top-notch care to patients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Establish and grow a new Rheumatology service line
- Provide comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic diseases
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Cover one hospital
- Board-certified or Board-eligible in Rheumatology
- Experience with Ultrasound preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Salary guarantee for the first 2 years
- Productivity bonus based on collections
- Two-year partnership track with a buy-in option
- Opportunity to buy into affiliated private multi-specialty surgery center
- Package including CME, 401k, profit sharing
- Four weeks of vacation in years 1 and 2; 6 weeks after partnership
