As a Physician at Community Health, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering full-spectrum care to patients of all ages. Our Rutland site houses both primary care and express care under one roof, with integrated behavioral health, care management, and social work services onsite.

The Rutland practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education. Rutland Express Care, located within the same facility as Community Health Rutland, is open seven days a week for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for adults and children.

Compensation:

We offer a market‑competitive and comprehensive compensation package designed to support your professional and personal goals.

The starting salary for this position is $250,000 for new graduates, with additional consideration commensurate with experience. For those interested in performance‑based models, there is opportunity to earn $300,000+ annually under our RVU productivity structure, while maintaining a 4‑day work week and outpatient‑only schedule.

Loan Repayment Support:

Education:
  • Favorable completion of college, medical school, internship, residency and possibly fellowship
  • Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Vermont required.
  • Possesses and maintains current Board Certification within practicing specialty required.
  • Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
  • Doctors of Medicine (MD) and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) accepted.
