Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort
- Setting up instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
- Assisting the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry
- Providing oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
- Keeping the dental room organized and well‑stocked
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Monday‑Friday (4 day work week) 7:30am‑5:00pm – Office closed Saturday and Sunday (no weekend work)
Qualifications- Must live within 25 miles of the office
- Willingness to learn
- Understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Detail oriented, well‑organized, and reliable
- High school diploma
- Core values of integrity, servant‑heartedness, passion for education and health
- A certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)
- An active state radiology license (if required by law)

Base pay range: $23 USD – $30 USD
