Patient Care Coordinator – Dental Treatment Coordinator
Our office, Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics, is seeking a personable and kind‑hearted Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday (4‑day work week) 7:30 am–5 pm (no weekend work).
- Scheduling patients, confirming appointments, collecting payments, and providing a WOW experience for our patients
- Completing treatment consents and coordinating patient treatment with other providers
- Answering a heavy phone volume, emails, and text messages
- Regular clerical duties: scanning, filing, organizing
- Must live within 25 miles of the office
- Passionate about customer service
- Previous hospitality experience
- Team player, solution‑oriented, great written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Dental experience is not required, but it is preferred
- A high school diploma

Position Base Pay Range: $23 USD–$28 USD.
