Client Relations SpecialistEssential Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients daily to obtain pertinent information for their claim, complete the intake process, and assist the client in filling out necessary legal documents.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and their claim progression.
- Responsible for follow-up appointments with clients and correspondence to clients via phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Learn and fully utilize the programs and databases used in the Client Relations Specialist position.
- Empathy, Patience, and Consistency
- Adaptability and Good Time Management
- Clear Communication (Oral and Written), Follow-up, and Organization
- 1+ year of Customer Service/Sales experience preferred
- 1+ year of Data Entry/Clerical experience preferred
